Historic Rocky Waters Inn, A Small Luxury Hotel - Gatlinburg

Huge hotel with brand-new rooms and most importantly, helpful and affable staff. The rooms with jetted tub. Paid US$ 109. Affable, courteous staff towards all guests. Great features and comfy and best possible location.

Liked accommodating staff and huge hotel.

My room was fairly quiet thanks to the amicable staff. The hotel room was incredible and tidy with the balcony and a fireplace, as example. Was a comfortable base for new year.

Rooms are pretty musty.

Being able to get to the city centre quickly while being far enough away for peace and quiet. All rooms have a small balcony with a view of the river. Behind, it's the nature. One evening, we even saw a bear in the water.

There's no breakfast room. We have to go to another hotel. That's a shame.

The advertised fireplace can unfortunately only be used in winter

Beautiful riverside balcony was like a mountain retreat! We loved listening to the water while sipping coffee.

The private balcony was perfect for morning coffee. The staff provided warm, attentive service throughout my visit. The fireplace added a cozy touch to the ambiance. Highly recommend Room Majestic Glen Soaking Tub for a romantic getaway.

We really enjoyed staying there! We like having the balcony with the lawn chairs to enjoy the creek outback and watch the wildlife. We also liked the convenience of the Marathon station across the street and a short 10 min walk into town. Plus we didn't have the noise of downtown to listen to in our room. We will definately book with you again.

The breakfast wasn't there

The riverside view from our balcony was amazing 🌊 The cozy fireplace added to the ambiance. Just wished the coffee options were better. A lovely stay!

The view from the balcony was nice. We were traveling with a truck and trailer. There was no parking for the trailer, however they also owned the Days Inn down the road and allowed us to park the trailer there. Not very convienent but it worked. The location was nice.

We did not receive what was offered through the Internet. The free breakfast was approx a 5 min walk. Once you arrived at the Days Inn, there were 5 tables set up in the lobby for breakfast. This did not accommodate the amount of people for both hotels. Since we were mot staying at the Days Inn, we could not take our breakfast back to our room, therefore we had to stand and eat. There was no pool. If you wanted to swim, you had to walk to the Days Inn to swim. There was no soap or shampoo in the rooms. There was no coffee in the rooms. When we asked for coffee, we were told they did not have any coffee. There was no wifi signal in our room. The shower did not work properly. The fridge froze all our food.

The location, the price, the staff & the view. We loved the balcony & the size of the room.

The location was perfect, just 2 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for hiking fun. Plus, the view from our balcony over the river was amazing! The breakfast at the sister hotel was really good, and the staff was super friendly.

Our room had some dated features, like frayed carpet that could bother some folks, but it was clean enough for us.
